How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 10-21 business days.
Can I return yarn if it is the wrong color?
Yes, we accept returns on unused yarn in its original condition and skein within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items and wound yarn are final sale.
Do you offer yarn winding services?
We offer complimentary yarn winding for all skeins purchased through our store. Simply leave a note in your cart before checkout if you would like your yarn wound into cakes.

Are the colors on my screen accurate to the physical product?
We strive to photograph our products in natural light to ensure color accuracy. however, please be aware that different monitor settings and dye lots may cause slight variations in shade.
